Web Client Doesn't Load?

The reason why your webclient doesn't load is because you don't have the lastest Jdk, or Java stored on your computer and that's mainly the reason why I get that alot but I fixed it most of the time.
The other reason is your computer data, or your computer is very slow and can't handle very high graphic's either or the game.
Most of the time it is the owner. The owner has the client bugged, or down at the time so no one or anything could get on it.
